Preparation for a soup

My husband loves soup, and believes that soup in the house. Preparation for a soup helps me save a lot of time for yourself and to preserve "weather" in the house. Share their prescription. These ingredients are designed for cooking of soup at a time. I usually make a few bags and get them as needed ;)
Ingredients for Preparation for a soup
- Onion - 1 piece
- Beets - 100 g
- Carrots - 80 g
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Cabbage - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Preparation for a soup
Vegetables should be cleaned and rinsed in running water.
Carrots and beets grate on medium grater.
Finely chop the onion.
Pour oil into a heated pan. Saute the onion until Golden brown. Add the grated carrots. Simmer until soft carrots (about 10 minutes). Importantly, the vegetables were not roasted and were extinguished (!)
Beets, mix with tomato paste (or tomatoes) and cook together with onion carrot ground for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the fire.
Shred the cabbage. Simmer, covered in a thick-walled dish for about 15 minutes, adding 3 tablespoons of water.
Connect with vegetables.
