Rinse squid under cold water, gut (on top of the tape to remove).
In a small saucepan pour water, add Bay leaf, pepper (salt not necessary), put on fire.
As the water boils, put the squid and cover with a lid
after boiling, to boil (over high heat) 3 -5 minutes, no more than (a couple of times to mix).
Get the calamari with a slotted spoon, rinse under cold water and cut into rings.
The broth in which the cooked squid, strain through a sieve,
add 2 tsp salt, juice of one lemon, mix well.
Squid folded into a jar or bucket, pour the marinade, cover and put into the refrigerator.
After 3-4 hours you can try.
Store in the refrigerator.
