Step 1

Chicken fillet cut into long wedges 2 cm wide.

Sour cream mixed with mustard and spices.

Fry the sesame seeds on a dry pan until slightly Golden.

Cheese grate on medium grater. Mix the cheese with the cooled sesame seeds.

Step 2

Drop chicken cubes in creamy mustard mixture, roll in cheese-sesame powder.

Spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.
Put to bake in pre-heated oven.

Bake at 220 C until Golden brown, it took me 17 minutes.

Step 3

This way you can roast and boiled chicken.
Only cooking time will be less.
Serve wedges preferably hot, garnish vegetables.
Out very tender, melt in your mouth!
