Somehow rainy day sitting at work and thinking, that would make such an unusual birthday, a colleague suggested a recipe for one salad. Cooked it and was stunned, what is he tasty and juicy, but still very, very satisfying. Now this is one of my favorite salads...

Cut the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. The excess liquid to drain.
