In my opinion, not complicated, but very tasty dish. I lost weight, I did not stop.

Step 1

In General, I picked up a piece of veal.


Step 2

The decision was made (by me) to bake it in one piece.
Rubbed with a mixture of herbs (mostly dried myself), pepper and salt:
1. Thyme
2. Basil
3. Cilantro
4. Oregano
5. Paprika
6. Red pepper, black and white


Step 3

Then the marinade:
2 tbsp. mayonnaise + 2 tsp of mustard.


Step 4

Plastered in the fridge.
Enough for 3-4 hours, but I got somewhere 15.
because it was prepared at night and baked the next day in the evening.


Step 5

It was supposed to bake up my sleeve, but that was at home was small.
Therefore, in the container according to size of meat.
Spread on the bottom of the tomatoes cut into rings - 2 PCs.
Top a mixture of:
1. Sweet pepper half rings 1pc.
2. Medium onion half-rings - 1 piece
3. Carrot 150-170 timing ( on the eyes.
On top of our meat.


Step 6

Cover with foil and edges "turn" under the bed of vegetables.
In foil holes with a fork.


Step 7

Preheat the oven to 220* and the hell out of there.
After about 10 minutes the vegetables will let the juice boil.
Reset to 160* and bake for 1.5 hours.
If a piece less, less.


Step 8

Remove the foil and another 15-20 minutes for the blush.
Voila - ready!
