Ingredients for Apple lasagna with raisins and nuts
- Lasagna - 250 g
- Apple - 600 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Peanut oil - 100 g
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Figs - 4 PCs
- Raisins - 30 g
- Mac - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper white - 1/4 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple lasagna with raisins and nuts
Apples cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put in hot oil, add the chopped nuts and figs, pre-soaked raisins and simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Put salt, pepper, poppy seeds, juice and zest of lemon.
Plate of lasagna boil and drain in a colander. In a greased form put layers of the plate of lasagna and apples.
The top layer apples. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at t=200C.
Pour the resulting juice and honey.
Decorate with cranberries.
