Peel the beet and turnip. Slice it into thin strips. I have used "float Berner," attachment "little sticks". In a pan heat oil. Put vegetables and fry without a lid, stirring occasionally. Oils do not regret, when it is small, vegetables fried bad.
After 10-15 minutes add salt, but gently, because, oddly enough, the dish requires a little amount of salt. When they waratsea a bit, add crushed garlic and fry again. Vegetables warialda 3 times.
When ready, put the pan on an inclined plane (put something under it) and the vegetables and assemble the top. The excess oil is thus drained down and you will eat a delicious dish!
