This cheesecake is one of my favorites. Because the taste is very similar to brownie and me, always slimming sweet tooth, well it replaces. The basis of casseroles - delicate curd, it juicy apples with a delicious caramel cream, on top of the drop of nuts and raisins. Very very tasty, must try!!!
Ingredients for Cottage cheese-Apple pie with caramel cream
- Curd - 900 g
- Chicken egg - 3-4 PCs
- Corn starch - 5 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Milk - 0,5 stack.
- Cream - 200 g
- Raisins - 0,5 stack.
- Walnuts - 0,5 stack.
- Apple - 300-350 g

Cheese to grind with sugar, add the starch.
