It's just a classic!!! Pale curd pie taste, but there's not a drop of cheese. Flavoured filling delicious. And, not least, its a lot!

- Milk - 100 ml
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 3,5 tbsp
- Yeast - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt
- Flour - 350 g
- Sour cream - 300 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Tatar pie "sour cream"

Roll the dough into a circle larger than the diameter of the form 2-3 cm

Beat lightly the eggs with the sugar.
Better beat manually with a whisk to avoid bubbles in the filling.

Add sour cream and stir until smooth.

Put the dough to form the sides. On the dough put the stuffing. Bumpers bend.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
