Salad with smoked mackerel and rye bread

The recipe for this salad I found on one of the Georgian culinary website, it interested me, I made it and were disappointed. For my taste, the offered sauce is the salad was not. Then I experimented a bit and in the result I suggest you make this salad with my sauce, which is very harmoniously fit into the overall picture.
Ingredients for Salad with smoked mackerel and rye bread
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Lemon - 1/2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Green onions - 8-10 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 150 g
- Bread - 3 lost.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Mackerel - 150-200 g
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with smoked mackerel and rye bread
First boil eggs, then prepare the sauce. Green onions finely chop (I had thin feathers, it can be seen in the photo, if you have a larger feathers, take a smaller amount), lemon halves, squeeze the juice. Juice, wine vinegar, vegetable oil mix, add salt, sugar, pepper, will beat into a soft mousse with a whisk to dissolve the solid ingredients and combine with sliced onions
Fish clear from the skin and bones, cut.
Eggs, chop coarsely, onion - half rings.
Slices of bread cut into small pieces and saute in butter or vegetable oil.
Lettuce coarsely pick.
Connect all parts to the whole and serve the sauce separately.
