This recipe cooks beef Stroganoff my husband, I assume that the recipe is borrowed from some edition of type "Men's cooking". - Veal - 400 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Dry white wine - 0,5 stack.

- Flour - 1 tbsp

Ingredients to make beef Stroganoff.
Meat thoroughly wash, dry and cut into thin slices, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Put the meat into boiling oil and fry until Golden brown.
Meanwhile, make the sauce.
Onion chopped quite finely and brown in a deep frying pan.
Add to the onions mushrooms, cut into quarters, and continue roasting until soft mushrooms.
To the onions and mushrooms add a tablespoon of flour and fry with basic ingredients for another five minutes.
