I was lucky to buy from sugar set from "Mistral", and even with a gift! The prescription used generic brown sugar.
1. Shared yolks and whites. To the yolks I added the sugar and the pulp of 1/4 vanilla pod Bourbon. 2. Carefully rubbed the sugar with the yolks with a fork and added crushed into crumbs of biscuits and almonds. 3. The proteins brought down with a mixer separately with a few drops of lemon juice. 4. Connect the two mixtures.
5. Melted the butter in the pan. The pan is better to take a cast iron or simply heavy-bottomed. 6. Distributed the resulting mass evenly over the pan and fried on one side... 7... and then using the plate to flip over and fry the other side. 8. Gave cool slightly, cut into 4 pieces and served with fruit and nuts.
