The recipe is designed for baking in a cast iron casserole 2 liters.
Now, whisk the eggs.
In a separate bowl mix flour with baking soda.
Add to the mixture the sugar and vegetable oil.
Yogurt and milk injected into the resulting mass parts, to prevent the formation of lumps, whisk well. Add vodka and stir again. Then in the dough add the beaten eggs.
Cast iron cauldron grease with cold butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour into the cauldron the dough and close it with a lid or foil. Put in oven and the first 2 hours bake at 200 degrees. Then diminish the temperature to 100 degrees and leave for another 1.5 hours.
I was doing in pot 4 liters and, respectively, the portion was double.
