- Butter - 0,5 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 0,5 tbsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish baked in tomatoes
Prepare the fish. Cut fillet lengthwise into 2 pieces, remove bones if there is, slightly repulsing. Then add salt, pepper, sprinkle with your favorite spices and chopped greens.
Take large tomatoes, thoroughly wash them. Cut off the lid. With a spoon remove partitions, seeds and juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
