And when I made it, just fell in love with this salad and the dish in General! On the one hand it's very simple and fast, and with another - such a harmony of flavors! Except for the fact that Jamie Oliver was cooking the freshest, freshly caught mackerel... and on the grill, not in the oven... the recipe almost unchanged)))
The fish is cleaned from the inside. Salt inside and on top, brush with olive oil, put each fish in a couple of sprigs of rosemary.
Wrap in foil and send in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
While preparing mackerel, we got the salad. We need such nice young zucchini, parsley. Ideally, Basil, mint, parsley, thyme. And the chili is a very desirable fresh.
Zucchini cut into thin strips, place them in a bowl.
Prepare the filling - 1 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp lemon juice. Season the salad will be right before serving.
To the zucchini add the finely chopped chilli (no seeds), nasipit Basil, parsley, mint. Gently with your hands to mix.
Recoverable our mackerel from the oven, remove the rosemary. Dressed salad and quickly served!
