Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Sift flour with baking soda.
Here also three on a coarse grater butter (pre-frozen).

Take the milk (cold) and dissolve in it the salt. Gradually pour milk into flour mixture. Knead the dough thoroughly in a homogeneous mass.

Take out the dough. Table sprinkle with flour and roll out thin layer (2 mm), cut out cookies (I did squares) and place on a baking sheet. Pinned the dough with a fork.

Grease cookies and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower and flax.
Put it into the preheated oven.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Take out and cool on a wire rack.
