Pea soup "Impromptu"

Actually, I wanted to make a salad with canned peas. But I did not like, had to make up a soup from what was in the fridge.
Ingredients for Pea soup "Impromptu"
- Brisket - 300 g
- Peas - 1 Cup.
- Green peas - 1 ban.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bay leaf
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Grape seed oil - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pea soup "Impromptu"
Cut into cubes bacon salt. Pour 1,5 l of water. Put on the fire. Cook for 1 hour.
Wash the peas in warm running water. Allow it to dry out in the colander.
How is cooked bacon (an hour) - pour to it peas.
After half an hour add the carrots (cut arbitrarily) and Bay leaf.
After another half hour add the green peas.
I specifically filmed this pea. To our shop brought new polka dot price is very low - around 20 p for 400 g! I think I got it... it would be better 40 p spent and bought a normal polka dots!
After five minutes, add browned onions in butter. Take out of the soup Bay leaf.
Cook for another 10 minutes, season with garlic. The soup is ready!
