Ingredients for Cherry-chocolate cupcakes
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Sugar - 1.5 stack.
- Sour cream - 1.5 stack.
- Butter - 150 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Cherry - 300 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cherry-chocolate cupcakes
Mix sour cream, softened butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the flour with the baking powder and knead a soft dough.
Spread the dough on the molds.
On the dough cherries, cleaned from the bones.
Prepare the sauce: to do this, mix the sour cream, egg and sugar, gradually add flour and stir until smooth, to avoid lumps. Pour the filling into molds. Bake at 180 degrees in small ramekins for 30-35 minutes.
