Ingredients for Gingerbread carousel
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Honey - 2/3 of the stack.
- Butter - 1/2 stack.
- Sugar - 1/3 Stak.
- Flour - 2.5 stack.
- Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Spices - 1 tbsp
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Corn starch - 1 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 2 stack.
- Wafer rolls
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Gingerbread carousel
Mix in a bowl the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cocoa, spices, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the eggs with honey, add sugar and melted butter. Then you can add the dry mixture and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more or less if the dough has samesies cool, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
