Mushroom filling for an open pie or pizza

As my neighbor at the cottage (he is originally from the Kuban): "Nina, your needle with mushrooms just awesome!" and the son of a mushroom loves most. So I'm experimenting with this stuffing, add, remove, each time was a little different. This time I was preparing it for the workers who did my renovation. The workers appreciated.
Ingredients for Mushroom filling for an open pie or pizza
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 PCs
- Olives - 9 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Mushroom filling for an open pie or pizza
The dough is a standard pizza, yeast or any other whichever you like. I have yeast, the most simple: flour, water, yeast, vegetable oil and salt.
Mushrooms thawed, cut into pieces, squeeze out excess moisture.
Cheese cut into plates and then the small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Tomatoes cut into quarters, maslinka in half.
Onions to chop, garlic to clean. On a heated with oil pan fry onions until light brown colour, add the mushrooms and the garlic cloves. Fry until evaporated liquid. When the mushrooms are ready, remove the garlic. Mushrooms put in bowl and allow to cool. Add grated on a coarse grater cheese and chopped greens.
The dough thinly roll out, put in a greased form.
To grease with ketchup, tomato sauce or olive oil, whichever you prefer.
Then put the mushroom stuffing and flatten.
On top put the cubes of cheese in the form of a lattice.
In the cells of the lattice cheese spread tomatoes and maslinka.
Bake pizza at 200*C for 20 minutes. The finished pizza sprinkled with fresh herbs.
