Saw the sale of broccoli, we couldn't resist... here's the result of my instability.
Ingredients for Soup-cream of broccoli with ham
- Broccoli - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Ham - 50 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Cream - 150 ml
- Broth - 1 l
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup-cream of broccoli with ham
Broccoli divided into small florets, stems cut into small pieces.
Chop onions, carrots cut small cubes.
Also slice the potatoes.
In the boiling broth to lower the carrots, onions and potatoes, cook 5 minutes.
Then put broccoli and Bay leaf, season with salt and pepper. On high heat bring to boil, then the fire abated and cook for 15 minutes.
