I love to cook casseroles. And my Pets love them. It's always delicious and very satisfying. The amount of ingredients to taste.
Ingredients for Casserole with chicken meatballs
- Eggplant - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Celery root
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Cabbage - 1/4 PCs
- Potatoes - 4-5 PCs
- Minced chicken - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Cream - 1 Cup.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Crumb bread - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 80 g
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole with chicken meatballs
In forcemeat add bread crumbs (from stale white bread), salt, pepper, and 1 raw egg yolk. Plus parsley and dill, finely chopped. Knead well and repel, with the power of throwing into a bowl of not less than 25 times. Then put into the refrigerator for half an hour.
Eggplant clean, cut into cubes, salt and leave to stand for half an hour. Then rinse, squeeze and fry it lightly. Carrots and celery cleaned and cut into strips, onion chop. Shred cabbage into strips, pour over boiling water and immediately with cold water. Sauté the carrots, onions and celery. Cabbage fry until soft, add salt. All vegetables to mix.
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and fry until almost cooked, add salt.
Mince roll into meatballs the size of a cherry and fry them.
Add meatballs to vegetables, mix well.
Pour the mixture into the form, greased with butter.
Beat the eggs with the mayonnaise, add the cream, salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Cover the vegetables. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until Browning.
