Ingredients for Cupcake pear
- Flour - 3 stack.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 0,25 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 0,75 stack.
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Fruit puree - 2 stack.
- Sugar - 2 stack.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cupcake pear
I had pears and apples.
Pears, apples peel and grate on a fine grater I grater for baby food.
We need 2 cups of puree.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare form for baking, brush with oil and sprinkle with flour. Neither of which beat with a mixer is not necessary! Eggs lightly whisk.
Add the sugar, butter, pear puree and stir.
