Ingredients for Hot "Bags"
- Minced meat - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Cheese - 250 g
- Black pepper
- Sunflower oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Hot "Bags"
From foil, cut squares with sides of 30 cm. In forcemeat add salt, pepper to taste and stir. Formed flat cakes and lay out on foil sheets. Mushrooms cut into strips, onion - half rings and fry in sunflower oil, do not forget to salt. Fried mushrooms spread on pellet from minced meat.
Tomato cut into rings and put on the mushrooms.
Top smeared with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can be replaced with cream or natural yoghurt. Who you like more.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle our preparations.
All four corners of the foil wrap inside to remove the sharp corners. Foil collected, formed "sacks". In the finished "sacks" with a toothpick from the bottom make several punctures to the excess fat was leaking (I had beef with addition of fat). Spread on a baking sheet greased with a little oil. The finished pouch can expand and extract its contents, garnish with greens and tomato, but you can serve right in the foil.
