Having at hand the usual ingredients, you can cook a very special dish!

Peel the potato.
Cut into smaller pieces (so it to cook faster) and put to boil.
When the potato is ready, drain the water and mince or crush =)

Take 2 pans, one pour oil, about 3-4 tablespoons.
Clean the mushrooms.
And finely cut, spread on the second pan, over medium heat (without oil, but if you really want, can and oil to pour =)) cover with a lid.

Fry in 1 pan.
Meanwhile, our mushrooms were given juice, it is something we need.
Pour it into the flour + 200-250 grams of water.
Constantly stir, lumps are not necessary for us =) (if the lumps are still there, do not worry, just skip through a sieve, when we send the mushrooms).
And mushrooms we still fried.

And pour the sauce, add salt and pepper, simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
