Soup with chickpeas. Knowing little about the chickpeas, I decided to learn this unusual new cereal, which I advise all those who have not yet encountered.

Put the chickpeas to cook for an hour.
Onions finely chop, fry in the process of adding a clove of garlic, finely chopped.
Pepper cut into fairly large pieces.
Put onions in a pan (or fry in it), add the tomato, chickpeas, pour broth or water.
On a medium heat - fry the peppers until tender with chopped tomatoes.
Sent to the pot the diced potatoes, roasted peppers.
Cook until the potatoes are done, season with the remaining garlic and finely chopped greens.
Cook for another 3-4 mins and switch off, allow to infuse for a couple of hours =)
