There are lots of recipes bordewich dressings, and recipes for soup using them - units. Want to offer your own version. This is my first step-by-step recipe on the site, so please do not judge strictly.

Products needed for cooking.
First you need to cook the broth. For this you need to rinse the chicken, clean the carrots and wash the leek.
The chicken cover with cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam and add carrots and onions. Reduce heat, cook for about an hour, periodically removing the foam.
Meanwhile peel and cut the potatoes and cabbage shinkuem.
From the finished soup take out the chicken, carrots and onions. Salt and bring to a boil.
In the boiling broth add the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add dressing (I cooked for this recipe http://www.po varenok.ru/recipes/s how/30676/), beans, seasoning, black pepper, a little salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cut the parsley.
Add the greens, bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and allow the soup to stand, covered for about 20 minutes.
