Ingredients for Lagman in multivarka
- Meat - 600-700 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Pepper - 2 PCs
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Greens - 0,5 Puig.
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Lagman in multivarka
The meat is cut into medium-sized pieces (I did not make it too small), wash it and dry it. In the bowl of our multivarki pour vegetable oil and turn on the mode frying, add the meat and fry 30min. (if no mode frying, turn on the bake mode)
Using 30min. add to the meat onions, carrots and celery. Stir.
Then the potato cubes and bell pepper strips (I have the pepper was frozen, I thawed them).
Add the spices, salt, and pepper. Stir.
Then add tomato paste (if thick, you can dilute with water).
Add water depending on desired thickness of lagman, but not above the mark on the inside of the bowl. Tightly close the lid, set the mode suppression and simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
Until all stew, boil lagmannaya noodles. I thereof was not made of the usual egg noodles as directed on package.
