Souffle with rice

Honestly, my boys are not very good eating rice. But this souffle they eat with great pleasure. Rice with mushrooms, smoked sausages and ham in Bechamel sauce with different cheeses... I think it will appeal to every nehochuha!
Ingredients for Souffle with rice
- Figure - 1 Cup.
- Mushrooms - 400-500 g
- Sausage - 400-500 g
- Ham - 250 g
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 9-10 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 8 tbsp.
- Milk - 7 stack.
- Cheese - 2.5 stack.
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Souffle with rice
Cook the rice until tender in lightly salted water. Recline in a colander.
In a bigger bowl put the chopped sausage, ham and mushrooms.
Add in the bowl the cooked rice.
Next, make the Bechamel. To do this in a large pot put our oil and set on fire. When butter is almost melted, add 8 cups of flour.
After I added the last of the milk, give Bechamel to boil, without ceasing to stir, and remove from heat.
Immediately add cheese and mix well.
About 2/3 of Bechamel add to the bowl with the rice and stir.
Put the prepared mass in a baking dish.
On top pour the remaining sauce. Put in oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake until the souffle top will not be Golden.
