- Orange zest - 1 tsp.
- Cranberry - 1.25 stack.
- Raisins - 1.25 stack.
- Orange juice - 0,75 stack.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1.5 tsp.
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cupcake with cranberries and raisins
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Prepare the remaining ingredients.
To flour mixture add softened butter and RUB into crumbs.
Then add the juice, egg, orange zest and stir.
To the dough add the washed raisins and cranberries, stir gently.
Put the dough in the form, greased and bake at 180 degrees until cooked.
