This appetizer of eggplant was served at the Banquet on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of my husband. I really liked and I decided to repeat it. Was surprised that on the website this recipe is not. Very simple, quick and delicious!

Cut eggplant thin slices, not thicker than 2 mm. Little prisolit, aside for draining juice for 1 hour.
Grate cheese on a large grater, squeeze garlic cloves (I have a large slice) and add mayonnaise, mix well.
Fry the eggplant in raising. oil.
Until hot add the filling and roll twice.
Nice and warm in and cold out! A great appetizer with vodka!
