Almost real rye bread

I do not know the place or not, but today turned out exactly the bread which I tried for a long time to pick up. Bread baked a lot of different, tasty, but this one turned out exactly like the store (I love it), slightly sour, fragrant, with a crispy crust. Try it!
Ingredients for Almost real rye bread
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Rye flour - 1 Cup.
- Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- Salt - 10 g
- Sugar - 20 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Malt - 2 tbsp
- Water - 400 ml

It is, in fact, all the products we need. The flour took 3 types - wheat/wheat flour and rye. In the photo I forgot to add the vegetable oil and sugar.
I should add that specially took a picture of the Cup from the bread machine, I have a volume of 300 ml. All you need 3 cups of flour.
