Step 1

Step 2

Put on with baking paper baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180*C oven until Golden brown. 
Highly recommend, one is grating, to put it on top of the workpiece and then send in the oven. This will limit the rise of the test and the workpiece will be smooth and not too high (and a nice relief from the top). In a saucepan pour 130 gr of brown sugar and pour 2 tbsp water (only to slightly wet the sugar). Put the saucepan on a medium heat and, stirring, bring to a boil. Bring to boil, cover and boil for 1-2 minutes until transparent apples. Focus on your apples, depending on grade you may need more or less time. 
Ready stuffing to cool.

And preparing it is very simple. Lay strips of bacon on a baking sheet, sprinkle brown sugar and send in the preheated oven for approximately 7 minutes, until roasted caramel brownish stripes.
