Ingredients for Velvety soup of zucchini
- Zucchini - 2 PCs
- Celery root - 50 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Broth - 300 ml
- Cream - 150 ml
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
Step by step instruction of cooking Velvety soup of zucchini
To prepare the products. Celery root, onion and garlic clean.
Zucchini wash and cut into small cubes. Onion chop, garlic cut into slices. Celery cut into cubes.
Reheat in a saucepan the butter.
And fry the onion and garlic until transparent, 5 minutes.
Add the celery and zucchini, cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in a pot of hot broth, season with salt and pepper, bring to boil, cook for 5 minutes.
Broth to pump. Carefully blend the soup with a blender into a puree.
Return the soup to the pot. Pour the cream, dilute the strained broth to the desired consistency.
Add curry powder, stir and warm the soup for 1 minute.
