My venison was already cut up.
If you have a long piece, then cut into strips.
Finely chop the onion.
Garlic cut into plates.
The meat is fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil for about 15 minutes.
Add the onion and garlic. Fry until transparent onion.
Pour in the stock and add mushrooms.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Sour cream mixed with paprika, salt, and nutmeg. Pour the meat. Sprinkle dry herbs.
Simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Until tender and the meat is tender.
