It all started with the fact that I happened to notice on the shelf some kind of incomprehensible to me a lot, it turned out to be little languages. I did not hesitate and got myself a pack of this miracle, although the price is still high. Came home and was faced with the fact that cooking options in the Internet is almost there! So, after reading a couple of existing recipes and a very interesting article on the offal in the modern kitchen, decided to make this!
Ingredients for Rabbit tongues, baked with Camembert cheese
- Offal - 500 g
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- The mixture of peppers - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp
- Hell - 2 tsp.
- Soft cheese - 125 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Rabbit tongues, baked with Camembert cheese
So, I decided to first boil them in salted water with the Bay leaf and blend the peppers. Cooked a short time, about 30 minutes.
Next, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil along with the welded tongues.
Camembert cut into pieces.
Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with horseradish and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Take a baking dish, put languages, then cheese, all cover with the sauce. And for the smell, a mixture of crushed peppers on top.
