If you are going to cook another dinner, I thought about a marinade for chicken. And caught my eye a jar of "miracle mixture", it was intended as supporting the immune system "cure" for winter (lemon peel+honey+garlic) and I thought, "why not?" the Marinade has turned sour-sweet-spicy. All a pleasant appetite!

Garnish can be any, I have a salad and I decided without garnish, but something else was missing.. And got sauce "improvisation". I mixed the tomato paste with sour cream, poured on the griddle. 
Heat, stirring constantly, and then, depending on fat content and thickness of sour cream, you can add water/broth. Bring to a boil and add red pepper burning, again at your discretion.
