Very fresh, light salad I'm really good! For those who love an unusual combination of sour, sweet and salty. Even my husband, who frowns when he finds out that a salad without mayonnaise, was eating for both cheeks and asked supplements.

Apple peel, remove the seeds and cut into fairly small pieces.
Chopped tomato, 4-5 leaf lettuce, halve the olives, add the apples, corn and mix all the ingredients.
Season the salad with olive oil, vinegar and salt. Taste: sour mix-sweet and salty must be balanced. If necessary, add a little salt or vinegar for acidity.
