Etnica con Insalata ceci... sounds like a song... Beautiful name corresponds to a presentable salad. Love chickpeas, but recipes him know little. Therefore, I could not pass up this salad. Who would have thought that simple ingredients would make such a wonderful salad. Easy, beautiful and delicious!

- Chickpeas - 200 g
- Raisins - 20 g
- Spinach - 5 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Bacon - 100 g
- Lemon - 1/2 PCs
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Onion - 1/4 PCs

If you take dry chickpeas, then place a few handfuls and soak overnight. In the morning boil in water with pinch of salt and baking soda.

Bacon fry in a dry pan for a few minutes.

It remains only to prepare the dressing.
We do this in a small jar.
From lemon squeeze the juice, pour into a jar with olive oil, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Jar tightly sealed and intensively shaken several times.
Evenly pour dressing on salad, mix and serve.
