Although I think that Asian, and in General, I'm not fond of offal. But this summer has prepared this dish for the first time in the country, and to be honest, just from despair. At the local store could only buy frozen chicken gizzards, there was no choice (we shop more and more on wine and vodka works), and to feed the people we had. Ingredients for Chicken gizzards in Asian style
- Chicken stomachs - 500 g
- Onion - 3 PCs
- Garlic - 5 a tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Broth - 0.5 stack.
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken gizzards in Asian style
Once the gizzards are cooked, strain the broth and save about one Cup. Stomachs and onions cut into strips.
In vegetable oil fry the onion. Add the chopped gizzards, pour half a Cup of broth and simmer, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the cilantro and garlic.
Add to the pan with the green garlic, pour soy sauce, stir and simmer on low heat for another five minutes.
