Fillet of fish to wash. I took the whole fish, butchered it, and one half fillet has separated from the skin.

Ginger and garlic peel.
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Mix the orange juice with ginger, garlic, mustard and soy sauce.
I took soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
Bring the marinade to a boil.
Fish pour the marinade and leave for 2 hours.
Coat the fish in sesame seeds (preferably a mixture of white and black sesame). I was not black, and I added sesame seeds to the grain mixture. And spread on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
