I had in the fridge, black radish, I thought, what with it to do, and that's got a simple vitamin salad, very tasty.

We need black radish, onions and pickles. Radish wash, peel and cut into small strips, fill it with salted cold water and leave for half an hour in order to go the extra bitterness. Drain the water, discard the radish in a sieve.
Chop the onion half-rings.
Cucumbers also cut into strips.
Mix radish, onion, cucumber, pepper, and salt to taste. B vegetable oil add 0.5 tsp of vinegar, stir and pour into the salad, all mix well.
Let stand two hours, and you can eat. The salad turned out moderately spicy.
