A delicious diet recipe chicken. Minimum products maximum pleasure.

We need onion, lemon, chicken, herbs (fresh or dried), as well as foil and toothpicks.
If chicken is not cut, then convert it into strips 10 cm long and 2 cm wide.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut the lemon slices (you can even slice another in half to cut).
Take a strip of fillet and turn it into a roll (as pictured), fasten with a toothpick.
Foil for baking cut into rectangles (10x15). Size is best to look at the eyes, because if rolls are plump, you may not have enough piece of foil to wrap it.
Put in the middle of the roll, add the onions around
Add a lemon. If cut in quarters, the two sides round.
Add the greens. I use 15 herbs.
And make a pouch.
And so do each strip of fillet. Kites spread on a baking sheet and put in oven.
A dish of 30 to 40 minutes. Perfect with rice and potatoes.
