Another version of cheesecake without baking. And again the combination of sweet and salty. Very tasty and unusual! Especially this year on new year's table necessarily there should be desserts based on dairy products.

Cracker crush with a rolling pin or potato masher until large crumbs.
Melt the butter (100 g).
Pour butter into crumbs.
Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. I vzal sauce TM Kikkoman.
The resulting mixture is spread on the bottom of the molds. I took the soft molds, but I think that if you take solid, then cheesecakes will be more clear shape. Even better, if it will remove the molds from the bottom.
For the filling, whip the cream cheese with the icing sugar and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
Gradually add cream (200 g), continuing to whisk.
Put the mass on top of a base into molds. And put in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
Make the caramel: melt the sugar with 2 tbsp water.
Cook over very low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped butter (80 g).
Remove from the heat. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
Add the cream (100 g).
Remove the cheesecakes from the molds.
Sprinkle with almond petals.
Decorate with berries.
Served to the table.
