Ingredients for Potato sauce with mushrooms
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Mushrooms - 800 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 4 tbsp
- Cream - 200 ml
- Milk - 200 ml
- Sauce-marinade - 3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 150 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato sauce with mushrooms
Peel the potatoes and put to boil, then simmer 20 minutes. While cooking the potatoes, do the rest. Finely chop the onion. In a frying pan, melt 2 tbsp. of CL. oil and fry the onions 5 min.
