Onion and garlic chopped.
Spinach wash and dry. Almonds-roasted and cut into plates. Washed the lentils, pour the broth. Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, spices, stir, put on fire. Bring to a boil over high heat, season with salt, reduce the heat, cover and cook for 25 minutes. Grind in a blender to puree state.
