Brand new for me, delicious marinade with soy sauce, spices and eggs. The result is very pleased - the meat has turned an amber-colored, moderately spicy and very juicy. Highly recommend - try it!

Prepare all the necessary products.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom to melt the sugar, add water and completely dissolve
Add the garlic, sesame seeds, Cochujang (paprika), sesame oil, salt, pepper and soy sauce to the pan and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl, allow to cool and enter the egg, mix well.
Marinate in the resulting meat sauce and place at least 4 hours in refrigerator, preferably overnight.
Remove meat from refrigerator and allow to stand for 15 minutes at room temperature. Free from sauce.
In a large pan heat vegetable oil and quickly fry the meat in it, 2 minutes on each side. Add a little water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, then remove the lid and letting evaporate the water, allow the meat to brown.
In the original it is proposed to fill the cooked meat with the remaining sauce and sauté the meat for another 1 min. my method seemed easier to stomach.
Very tasty to serve with rice, with mashed potatoes, we got a salad of tomato and red pepper, red onion, season it with sesame oil and lemon juice.
