Ingredients for Duck "Taco"
- Duck - 2 kg
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 7 tbsp
- Jam - 350 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- The mixture of peppers - 1/2 tsp.
- Broth - 400 ml
- Ginger - 20 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Duck "Taco"

Take the duck and cut away all the meat and leave the legs whole with bone. From the bones, boil the broth, we need it for the sauce.

Salt, sugar, ginger (peeled and worn on a fine grater), lemon juice, teriyaki sauce, pepper mix, crushed garlic.
