Dough: flour mixed with salt, sugar, beat the egg, add water and knead for 10 minutes. Cover with a towel and let rest for about 20 minutes.
Prepare meat filling: season the mince with salt, pepper, add chopped greens, onions, cut into thin quarters of the rings, pour the yogurt (for juiciness of meat), mix thoroughly and allow to soak onion juice.
Prepare the mushroom stuffing: thawed mushrooms, fry on a dry pan, cool, add grated cheese, chopped green onions, salt and stir.
