- Chicken liver - 500 g
- Oat flakes
- Persimmon - 2 PCs
- Red onion - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 50 g
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with liver and persimmon
Chicken liver cut into two pieces, roll them in oat flakes.
Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Chop the onion half-rings, persimmon cubes or as you like.
Mix olive oil and mustard.
On a plate put lettuce, red onion, persimmons and top with chicken liver, pour the sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
